Kudos to Mary Manners for a heartwarming, emotionally gripping addition to the Lone Creek Ranch series. This author is unwaveringly consistent in producing wonderful storylines and three-dimensional characters, and then wrapping them around a reader’s heart in such a way that they can never be forgotten. Dalton and Emilee walked into my heart and set up housekeeping. Not a full-length novel, but a stellar novella with heart and soul packed into every page. Truly good writing! I look forward to the next installment of the Lone Creek Ranch saga.
